The Steelers celebrated their sixth Super Bowl Championship with a victory parade on Tuesday, with six area high school bands scoring the soundtrack.

The marching bands of Bethel Park, Brashear, Carrick, Perry, South Fayette, and Thomas Jefferson high schools played in front of an estimated 350,000 fans, not to mention the Steelers.

It was the second time in two weeks that local high schools were part of history.

The North Allegheny band performed at President Barack Obama's inauguration on Jan. 20.

Obama previously said he was rooting for the Steelers in Super Bowl XLIII.
